What results should I expect?
Every print is inspected before it ships. You can expect clean layer lines, accurate dimensions, and a finished part that matches your order. FDM printing does have natural layer lines as part of the process so if you need an ultra smooth finish let us know and we can discuss post processing options.
What are my shipping options?
We ship across the United States using USPS and UPS. Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days after your print is complete. Expedited options are available on request. Local pickup in Gallup, New Mexico is also available at no extra charge.
What are the limits of 3D printing?
Our Snapmaker U1 can print objects up to a certain size so very large items may need to be printed in sections and assembled. Extremely thin walls, tiny details under 1mm, and fully enclosed hollow spaces can also be challenging. If you are unsure whether your design is printable just send it over and we will take a look for free.
Do you have a discount program?
Yes! Repeat customers and bulk orders receive discounted pricing. If you are ordering 10 or more of the same item get in touch for a custom quote. We also offer a referral discount so if you send a friend our way and they place an order you both save on your next print.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept STL, OBJ, 3MF, and STEP files. If you only have a sketch or an idea and no file that is fine too. Reach out and we can discuss design options.
How long does printing take?
Print times vary depending on size, complexity, and material. Simple small parts can be done in a few hours. Larger or more complex prints may take 1 to 3 days. We will always give you an estimated timeline before we start.
What materials do you offer?
We currently print in PLA, PETG, and TPU. PLA is great for most everyday items. PETG offers more strength and heat resistance. TPU is flexible and ideal for grips, gaskets, and wearable items. Not sure which to choose? Just ask and we will recommend the best option for your project.
